Scheduled a new patient appointment three months in advance. Later received a phone call two months before my appointment while I was asleep. Tried to call back twice, but couldn't reach an actual human. They never tried to call again, never emailed, never texted. When I showed up for my appointment, I was finally informed that they had decided to cancel my appointment two months prior and I would need to reschedule... Earliest available appointment now *four* months out.
