I was seen on August 23rd, received an injection, and had X-rays taken of my hand. I was told that if the injection didn’t help, I could simply call and they would schedule an MRI. I did exactly that only to be told they now require another in-person visit, despite nothing having changed with my hand. So much for that phone call follow-up. Friendly and knowledgeable staff
They double book appointments. My dad's appointment was for 1:35, and a lady walked in behind us with the same appointment. We arrived first, but the other lady was taken back before us. This is not considerate.
