Dr. Jain is great … intelligent, compassionate and efficient. I recommend her with no reservations. Her office is difficult to communicate with. Trying to navigate the phone system is VERY frustrating. I called the listed number then it took me through a ridiculous number of menus to get to the message at orthopedics in Salmon Medical Center only to get rerouted back to the beginning of the same process. Left a message eventually and never got a call back.
I’ve had two surgeries with Dr Jain, and am scheduled for a third. I have complete confidence in her and consider her one of the best and nicest surgeons ever! First I had a trigger thumb that was very painful. I went to Dr Jain and first offered an injection of Cortisone. She was very thorough in her explanation of the issue, laid out some choices, and patiently answered all my questions. She said some people get one trigger event and never again. I had surgery by Dr. Jain. It was a cubital nerve repair, as well as carpal tunnel. She is a great doctor met her for the first time In the hospital prior to surgery. I would highly recommend her services.
My athletic son had an accident that sliced through tendons and nerves in his dominant hand. Dr. Jain repaired him quickly and correctly and was very attentive to not only his physical needs but his mental/emotional needs. He had significant scarring after the accident/surgery and I did seek out a second opinion to cover all of the bases. Turns out, the other doctors completely agreed with her assessment and surgical decisions. She is a very good doctor in her field and Kitsap County is lucky to have her.
Always friendly, always careful. Never recommends anything outside of needed care. I feel like she lets me be in charge of my pain management.
