Dr Lo delivered both of my children. One in 2003, another in 2008. She also allowed me to get a tubal ligation when I was only 21, after my youngest was born via emergency cesarean. I've never had a single regret about that, I was later diagnosed with endometriosis and adenomyosis, so another pregnancy would never have been healthy for me or my family. Just found out that this doctor put in my daughter’s records that she delivered my grandson at 35 weeks due to gestational drug use. My grandson was delivered at 39 weeks and was over 8 pounds and we have ultrasound pics at 37 weeks as my daughter was in labor the whole last month of her pregnancy and it was a planned c-section! I came for a regular appointment for a papsmear. I had never met this doctor before. I waited nearly a year for my appointment. I get into the exam room, and Dr. Lo and I only met for less than a few minutes (less than five) before her pager went off and she abruptly left the room without saying a word to me. I have no issue waiting for a doctor to answer an emergency call, but she never came back. Our appointment was at 12 we got there early.. got taken back into our room right on time.. then we proceeded to hear the doctor have an 45+min conversation about absolute nonsense right out side my door with a nurse forcing us to wait an unnecessary long time wait to be seen.. our appointment was at noon and we didn’t get seen till 130 all the while they are just standing there chit chatting… god forbid we be late to an appointment though… seems like a government funded thing because I think they are milking some hours from... read more
