I came for a regular appointment for a papsmear. I had never met this doctor before. I waited nearly a year for my appointment. I get into the exam room, and Dr. Lo and I only met for less than a few minutes (less than five) before her pager went off and she abruptly left the room without saying a word to me. I have no issue waiting for a doctor to answer an emergency call, but she never came back. Our appointment was at 12 we got there early.. got taken back into our room right on time.. then we proceeded to hear the doctor have an 45+min conversation about absolute nonsense right out side my door with a nurse forcing us to wait an unnecessary long time wait to be seen.. our appointment was at noon and we didn’t get seen till 130 all the while they are just standing there chit chatting… god forbid we be late to an appointment though… seems like a government funded thing because I think they are milking some hours from... read more
Having nothing but good things to say about dr Lo and the nurses here, they’ve been nothing but kind. I do have a problem with how things went down. It’s nov 14, I’ve had a miscarriage last pregnancy and I saw them for a blood test oct 29 to confirm this pregnancy. They said they’d be booking me an ultrasound so I have been waiting to hear back. I have reached out to radiology, and the nurse in charge and nobody has told me anything. Today I hear back from the nurse asking if everything is okay. Unfortunately I had to find a... read more
Dr. Lo does a good job listening and she responded in a very caring way to my concerns. She and her staff took my worry regarding a procedure seriously and worked with me so that I could feel comfortable and they helped reduce my anxiety. She responded quickly and appropriately to my query in MyChart and the day of the procedure she checked in with me before, during, and after the procedure. Worst scheduling team ever!! This is not the first time! Always cancelling appointment last minute, an hour before appointment and they reschedule you with an appoinment that you’ll have no choice but to accept or else you have to wait months and months to be on that schedule again. This is the worst clinic I’ve been too my whole life, if I only have a choice to move to a different physicians right now I would.
