Well I booked online, got sent pre-registratuon paperwork, got an email confirmation about my appointment and then arrived at the clinic to a hand written sign saying they closed. No phone call or email was sent to cancel. Had I'd known, I could have arranged to go somewhere else, now I'll just have to suffer. What a terrible experience. I guess I'll try again tomorrow when it's ot convenient for me.
I am very disappointed with their new system. I have been coming here for years (and I've left positive reviews) but their new system is pushing me toward finding a new place to go. The last time I was here to get stitches in my son's face, they refused services until I could find his SSN for insurance (even though I could easily provide mine since he is covered on my insurance). This time it took them an hour and ten minutes just for them to tell me the system for my insurance was down and that I could pay out of pocket or ... read more
They cry for bottle of water I ask for one bottle water and they gave me one. But I came in with my own bottle of water from my own home and sum lady said they gave me two of their bottles of water which they didn't at all. Also plz to whoever comes to this place again bring y'all own bottle of waters with y'all cus these place cry to hand out bottles of water to there customers. I rate them not a 1 I give them a flat 0 poor rate.
