After being a patient at this practice for years, I am very disappointed by how my recent appointment was handled. My appointment was at 10:00 a.m. Traffic delayed me, so I called at 10:08 a.m. to notify the office. My call was not answered until approximately 10:16 a.m. Staff claimed I had called at 10:17 or 10:18, although my phone log shows a call starting at 10:08 and lasting eight minutes in total.
