The office staff for the primary care in Suite 151 is awful. A member of their staff called and left a message for me stating they had some questions. After two days of trying to reach them and out of sheer frustration, I drove to the office, sick with the flu, to find out what they needed. Guess what? When I got there, the person who left the message denied ever leaving the message, didn't have any questions, and never logged the call. Generally, the registration process in Building 1 works pretty quick, but today it's extremely slow. First day of the new year, so not sure if people are still out on vacation or maybe too many people coming in. Don't know. I heard one guy go up to the window and say he's been here for almost two hours! Still waiting to just get registered! We've been here for over 30 minutes so far and the waiting room is so full people are standing. In general, we like this hospital and usually getting care here is quick and very caring.
