I’m very disappointed with this doctor’s attitude and punctuality. It takes me more than an hour to get to this office, and I have to bring my baby hungry for the appointment. The doctor is always late, and I neve had a full hour for any of my appointments. The wait time is usually 20-30 minutes. When I came 20 minutes late for my last appointment, the doctor refused to see us — without even speaking to me directly or offering to reschedule. Hello, My name is Heena Wadhawan. I had an appointment on October 31, 2025 at 8:55AM. I called in today multiple times and left almost 5-6 voicemails regarding my appointment as I had some questions and wanted to reschedule. I had been calling since morning 8:30am. I had an appointment and my little one on that night had colic. We both couldn’t sleep because of all trapped gas and him squirming and being very agitated. I called the clinic in the morning letting them know we won’t be able to make it as my son is not well. They said I have to atleast let them know 48 hours before or I will have to pay no show fee $100. So how would I know before 48 hours that my son will get sick in next 20-24 hours. This is ridiculous.

Worst experience… it is fine to wait for 10 minutes for your turn but you cannot be late even 5 mins otherwise they will charge you 100 dollars to reschedule your appointment because the doctor would not see you… 👎
