Worst experience… it is fine to wait for 10 minutes for your turn but you cannot be late even 5 mins otherwise they will charge you 100 dollars to reschedule your appointment because the doctor would not see you… 👎
Really unprofessional dr elen and their staff , very rude and bad customer service .charging you $100 if you are even 2 mins late with baby. Negative rating dont come here
Horrible Service & money making scam! We were charged a No Show $100 fee for being 10mins late to our appointment and to have it rescheduled. As per the policy no show should be charged if we Did NOT Show up at all for our scheduled appointment. To top this, they were so rude & did not even bother to listen or talk to us. Would never recommend them!! Only if i could give negative star rating here!!
I wish I could give a negative rating. Staff is so rude and clinic will charge you 100$ if you are late by 10 min! No show fees should be there if you didn't show up. How come 10 min late is also no show. And then, they asked us to pay if we want to see the doctor / reschedule the appointment. If the new born is fussy, parents might get late. Worse experience, go to Toronto clinic. They expect a new born having breastfeeding issue to drive 30 min and sent back home without consulting. AVIOD!
Dr. Manson is truly outstanding, deserving the highest praise!
