It's a sad and sorry state of the tablelands that we have to tollerate doctors like these. Intensely incompetent, painfully arrogant and if you present with a condition they do not understand, even the owner of this practise will refuse to listen and assume she knows best. The two drs I saw here (in a 6 month time frame) still have no idea what my condition is, how it effects me or what I need. No matter how much I explain it. It’s unfortunate that the receptionists think they’re qualified to determine wether you are sick enough to see the doctor. Although I still had to pay for my appointment the receptionist decided that they were not wiling to fix my surname on my doctors note.
This practice is not worth it. They are all about money. I am a young heart transplant patient that just needs a doctor willing to help. But Today I was told that unless I'm a aged pensioner that lives in yungaburra then there is no way they are willing to help me with paying for tests that they asked me to have done. Also said if I can't afford to pay for doctors find somewhere that bulk bills( I have always paid for my appointments)
