My lease is up and they are trying to jack up my rent by $400 a month. Also, this complex is on Bank St right across from fire dept. I get woke up in the middle of the night almost every night from sirens. Do not rent here!
I was very fortunate to have lived here. Being in the military with a fast moving lifestyle to come home to a great apartment to slow things down was amazing. Adam the building manager would address my concerns within a timely manner so I always felt heard. The maintenance team was amazing being in a new building I rarely had issues but when I did I put in a service request and it was fulfilled within the week.
