Dishonest people. Sold us a bad boat for $8000 they said would fit the new floating dock they were installing. It does not. The boat leaks badly and required extensive additional electric work to make it run. We told the owner of our problems and asked if they would take it back for $8000, and that we were willing to absorb the cost of all the electrical work we put into it.
