We just got a dock installed by Dennie and his crew. Customer service was amazing. After the initial dock was installed there were a few adjustments required and several extra trips were required to our property. Dennie's installers came down on the weekend and worked well after dark to ensure we had the perfect dock. Highly recommend this company!
The only place I would ever consider buying from! Products are superior. Service is superior. Knowledge is second to none! Treated with respect, prices were excellent. Extremely happy with the dock-so much so I've been back 2 additional times to add on. Don't waste time comparing or shopping around. Contact Dennie. It will be the only call you have to make!
I have purchased a dock system and two lifts from the Dock Outlet. Great service and products. Highly recommend.
Great product but their Maritime reps/dealers are untrained, unprofessional, and don’t have expertise re installation and caused extensive damage to our property and did nothing to correct that. Also if you don’t have a good experience with one dealer they have highly restrictive territory protection that ensures no other dealer will sell you parts, etc. Avoid these guys at all costs unless you want more stress in your lives. They have done a great job designing and installing our dock on the river to handle changing water conditions. We get them to install and remove it every year and they always do a great job!
