My wife and I have been working out with Jay (Jacinta) at The Do Better Studio for the past several months, and it has been an incredible experience. I started training at The Do Better Studio with Ian one year ago and I'm so happy that I did. I was 30 years old having never been to a gym, lifted weights etc and was recovering from major knee surgery. Ian accepted me for what I was and built a training program that would work for me.
