I have spent the last five days undergoing treatment for a bend obtained in shallow water, the medical and staff were superb!!!they couldn’t do enough to help me, explained everything in detail, put my fears at ease, were totally Non judgemental, extremely knowledgable and professional - I cannot say enough good things about this service and the staff involved. If you have any doubts about an unusual pain or feeling following a dive give them a call, that’s how mine started and I am so glad I made contact.

I was admitted to the Diver Clinic yesterday and I must say, the team there really put me at ease and provided me with all the support and medical care needed to treat my symptoms of DCI. This experience highlights the importance of continuing to fund such facilities and supporting the incredible work of this team.

Rang as my partner was showing signs of DCI after a SCUBA incident. The team, especially Spencer, couldn't have been any more caring, helpful and my partner was treated straight away. Follow up was excellent and we both thank you so much.

I do not know who I spoke to at 19:44 on the 2nd of December 2021, but I must say, the gentleman I spoke to was an absolute professional and after taking down the background and detail to my dives as well as my perceived symptoms, my mind has been laid to rest with regards to DCS. But I was also offered further detail around my ear and other matters. I cannot believe that I received such amazing service for free. I'm grateful that my call was taken so late. Thank you so much. Such excellent service.
