My husband and I went through the class and pool sessions as well as the open water dives with The Dive Shop on Mcever. Steve at the dive shop is a great instructor. Very knowledgable and experienced. We had Scott for our certification dives and he was just as wonderful. I'm very pleased we chose this shop and would 100% recommend!!
Stephen does an excellent job and is very entertaining to learn from. Came scared to death and left as comfortable as I could possibly be. I highly recommend this dive shop.
DSOM is a group of professionals with high standards for themselves and their students. Diving was brand new to me and proved to be quite challenging. After the class was completed, they provided one-on-one training, access to facilities and equipment, and, most of all, tons of support and patience. This group does not just hand out certificates. They train you to be a competent, safe, entry-level diver, with a solid foundation for more advanced training or for simply enjoying the recreational sport. I highly recommend DSOM.
Just got certified this past weekend at Lock Low Minn, TN. Steve is the best instructor I could have asked for and John is a great divemaster. They both were so encouraging when I would get frustrated with myself. Steve was very thorough and showed that he really cares about your safety.
Great collection of knowledge and experience. Buck is an awesome instructor. The entire team is awesome! Thanks DSOM for getting me started.
