They are first class instructors that give you individual attention and truly care about you and your progress 💕

I started talking pole classes with Courtney in February and it has completely changed my life for the better. My strength and flexibility have increased immensely and it has helped me to find my confidence and to lose 50lbs since starting classes. The studio as a whole is so supportive and completely excepting of everyone regardless of your body type or gender and you're always in for an amazing fun workout.
