We had our daughters baby shower at The District Event Venue on 7/12. The hall is nice. Clean and as picture. Be very mindful of deposit and how they lie. Edit. 7/16 All was ok until its time to get deposit back. They say we ran over by 30 minutes but that's a lie. My timeline for my GPS says we left by 520 and we were outside by our car for about 5-7 minutes. Our party ended well before 5pm. Venue is beautiful and is equipped with necessities (plus is cost effective). Hugo is wonderful and was great with walking us through everything when we decided to sign the contract with them, but on the day of our wedding, our coordinator (not Hugo) was nowhere to be found most of the day. She was snippy with multiple of our guests, including my mom. Everyone has bad days though, so overall I would recommend this venue, just make sure you set VERY clear expectations for wedding day ahead of time.
I did my Baby's 1st Birthday at this location and Hugo was very helpful and amazing helping us with everything..amazing place and a great experience with people that work there..
