If it weren't for the last minute accommodation, this would be 2 stars. Mr Hugo was excellent. Nothing bad to say about him. His wife on the other hand was rude from the very beginning phone call. When i actually met her she was plain rude, to the vendor and myself. I didn't recognize her at first but I said hi and smiled and she just looked away- kind of rude. Awful service. Rude staff and they rip you off with pricing. So many other better options out there.
My Aunt had a event here and the treatment was not good. Avoid this place. Its horrible and Heather is rude
