I Love It Here The Office Staff Are So Nice Patricia Is My Favorite , It's Safe And if something is Wrong with your apartment soon you put the request in they show up I love that about them the office is always clean they are always ready to help TEAM THE DISTRICT
Don't let the reviews stop you. I moved in back in January 2024 with the old company they were terrible. This new company has fixed so much in the couple months they have been here. It's never looked so clean. I love my apartment and dont plan on moving anytime soon. They girls are so nice at the office and even when I had an issue with the bank and payment they worked with me and didn't charge me anything.
My roommate and I moved out around a month ago and talked to a manager requesting our whole deposit back as my roommate and I experienced black mold in our apartment, unusable washers, flooding, disrespectful employees, etc. Manager claimed she would file our report stating we would get our whole deposit back. Waited the amount of time that was told for us to receive our deposit and called them to find out they never filed our claim and we OWE money?! Awful experience
I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. There is nothing good to say about the management, property, or amenities. They will screw you over.
