Was cool when I first moved in but I am not heavily regretting my decision. Their ability to handle issues is severely lacking. All these 5 star reviews where they are talking about how great "X" is etc etc are fake. Read 1 star reviews to know the reality. Don't get fooled by peers and paid reviews. Seemed like a great apartment complex at first but it is constantly under maintained, I am constantly sending in request for the AC, Smart System, or the power goes out. I moved into an apartment that was not apartment ready and received zero compensation for it and now the long list of things they are saying they can charge after not giving me a clean and functioning apartment is absurd. The maintenance staff, Jonathan and Darius, are technically skilled and very approachable. They fixed an issue that was open for over 3 weeks in a very short time.
Darius & Johnathan came after hour and were able to take care of few issues I have raised tickets for. Nice work
