Buyer beware!! Do NOT make the mistake of believing the recent positive reviews that were solicited at recent move ins. This place is falling apart, infested with German cockroaches and termites, the sidewalks and parking lots are unkempt. The wall to the second entrance was hit and hasn’t been repaired in almost 2 years. The buildings, including the leasing building, have visible wood rot. Do not live here. There will be bugs(roaches) that you cannot get rid of and there is a moisture problem. The whole complex is infested with roaches. Doors don’t seal all the way causing the moisture problem. There is a $60 fee every time you pay rent. Our bathroom ceiling collapsed and we were told it got fixed but collapsed again months later and wasn’t fully fixed until about a month before we moved out and still hasn’t been painted over. Trying to get someone to return a call or message is very poor! I've sent message through their online portal with no response. I've called and left messages with no return calls. They seem to be very dismissive, out of touch, and do not know how to communicate.
