I applied to rent at a cost of $265 with a refund of $200 if I didn't qualify. I did qualify and went online to finish a contract that had other hidden cost. I've tried for 2 weeks to have someone contact me to explain the charges to no avail, I'm still waiting! I was supposed to move in on the 23rd. recently moved 6 hours away to lease a unit with this complex and it has been the WORSE experience of my entire life. Upon arrival, leasing office was closed! I left my hometown in well enough time to make office hrs! Arrived an HOUR before closing time for it to be closed. My time at the District at Clearwater has been unfortunate and regrettably unforgettable. This property has fallen into disarray with only one or two people actually working in the office. To boot, a lot of people that I’ve spoken with have expressed losses of electricity, due to decade-old and antiquated electrical systems, a severe roach situation, as well as a legally questionable roof problem.
