I’m grateful to have a place to live, but for the price of rent here the quality and maintenance response should be much better. I hated this place from the time I moved in: They nickel and dime you for all these extra charges. By the time you pay rent it's $200 worth of charges added. Made me pay for a washer and dryer at $60 a month, the washer went bad...still charged me, replaced the washer...next one garbage...Gave me another washer it was bad, tried to fix another washer it did not work. Soy residente y la verdad no sé ya como pedir que limpien la escalera, vamos a completar dos semanas sin que recojan la basura. Es terrible encima cobran mensual el servicio de recolecta de basura puerta a puerta.
