We are in the process of selling our home in Virginia. We looked at multiple apartments and it was a tough decision. Some were great and some interactions were not. While it was a close call, Jessica and Chris won us over with their kindness and hospitality. That goes a long way when you finding a new home out of state and starting a new life. Absolutely wonderful staff! Rylee, Megan, and Jessica are always available to answer any and all questions. They are super helpful and make you feel very welcome. Riley, Jessica, and Brittany have all been extremely welcoming and helpful. This is the most peaceful, clean, and friendly apartment I’ve ever lived at. The 800 sq ft one bedroom provides more than enough space for myself and my cat. The resort style pool is very luxurious and family friendly. I highly recommend the District at Berkshire!
The people at District of Berkshire were amazing! They were very accommodating and helpful when searching for an apartment. We had some hurdles into renting our apartment and the people there were more than willing to help us navigate those obstacles. Jess was so nice and really made us feel welcome!!
