We love living at the District at Berkshire. It is a nice and peaceful community both day and night and the other residents are very friendly as well as the top notch staff who works on our behalf. I work in Polaris and my commute is very easy and even if the freeway is backed up there are several different routes on back roads that are quick and easy too. Just check traffic conditions as your car warms and there will be no issues.
I love living here! It is new, peaceful and only about 15 minutes from where I work in Polaris. Very convenient location off 71 and about 15-20 minutes from everything while not being too crowded. The staff is great and me and my wife have loved living here so far, highly recommend!
DONT move here. They office people are so unprofessional also races. They targeted my apartment on guests. Never was we loud disrespectful or caused any problem. They tell u that u only pay electricity who time u pay for water and other things like u pay not just for electricity but the pole electricity comes from monthly electricity 260 and I hardly home. The guy Christopher told me that I couldn’t take my rent to escrow it was against the law and if I was smart o would listen to him and take his advice. Got upset and lied ... read more
