My boyfriend and I toured this community and immediately loved it. The complex is beautiful and brand new! Brittany was so awesome. She gave us a great detailed tour and made the applying process stress free. She answered all the questions we had! The apartment units are updated. They include a beautiful kitchen and appliances, lovely living room, big bathroom, nice size bedroom and walk in closet. One of our favorite parts is the spacious outdoor balcony!! I am new resident and so far i am super happy about the apartment complex. The apartments are spacious and well built. And i would like to thank both Riley and Brittany for all the help and insight. They truly made moving easier.
I recently signed a lease and moved into an apartment at the District at Berkshire. The Community Managers Riley and Brittany were awesome. They made the typical moving process easy and comfortable. No question was left unanswered from the initial tour to the move in day. I’m super glad to have found this community.
I highly recommend The District at Berkshire. I dropped in at the leasing office recently, no appointment, and Brittany, the office manager, dropped everything she was doing to attend to me. She took the time to ask questions to see what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, told me all about the property, and showed me around.
