I've had a fantastic experience living at The District Apartments, and a huge part of that is thanks to the exceptional property management team. From day one, they’ve been responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure residents are comfortable and well taken care of. I’ve only lived here for 9 months and had to move due to job relocation, but I really enjoyed my time here. I would’ve definitely renewed my lease if I still lived in Baton Rouge. Jayda and Briell were always helpful and the maintenance team addressed all of our work orders pretty quickly. I’d recommend living here!
I've only been here a couple of months but I love this whole place. Enough that I'm considering NOT building a house when the rates go back down. 😉 These people make renting so much more convenient! I may one day get a bigger apt (I rented a one-bedroom), but that's about the only change I'll be making.
I’m about to move out after living here a year. I had an AC issue that took (in my opinion) too long to fix but the front office was adamant and on it. I don’t know why people complain about “hidden fees” when there are clearly stated move out fees in the lease agreement. The maintenance is fantastic, all very personable and easy to get in touch with. They actually care about making sure your protons are solved. Top Notch Service!!! My daughter has been a resident here for almost a year and management and staff have been extremely responsive, respectful and transparent. When I requested carpet replacement, the installation was scheduled at my convenience, the installer was on time, did an amazing job, and cleaned up afterwards as if I cleaned! When a ceiling fan motor stopped working, the repairman arrived the same day the service repair was reported, helped me move furniture, installed a brand new beautiful fan, and left the space ... read more
