Lived here for a year. Thought management was friendly and easy to work with, and maintenance was fast. Never had any issues with car break ins or stolen mail, routinely used the amenities like the gym or the pool. I do think they could be a little pickier with the tenants, you will occasionally see shady stuff in the parking garage (but the lighting is really good) and you do smell weed a good bit (but i guess that's just BR). Also, the grills by the pool need to be updated as a lot of the burners on the grills don't work O... read more
AC has been out for days with no response. Pay a monthly fee for trash and pests which never happens.
