I recently toured, and I was very impressed. Dominque was welcoming and professional, answering all my questions. Customer service was superb. The grounds were clean and well-kept, and the model unit was modern, spacious, and bright. The amenities looked amazing! Definitely a top choice on my list!
Leased my apartment March 2025 , Been here almost 5 months and regret ever signing the lease. The apartment itself is okay but overall it’s definitely not worth the price. Nothing luxury about this apartment complex . The trash is always overly full and the parking is terrible ! I pay $1600 a month to come outside and see trash everyday . Definitely would avoid leasing.
I've had a fantastic experience living at The District Apartments, and a huge part of that is thanks to the exceptional property management team. From day one, they’ve been responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure residents are comfortable and well taken care of. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled quickly and efficiently, often less than 4 hours.
