Top Notch Service!!! My daughter has been a resident here for almost a year and management and staff have been extremely responsive, respectful and transparent. When I requested carpet replacement, the installation was scheduled at my convenience, the installer was on time, did an amazing job, and cleaned up afterwards as if I cleaned! It’s a shame to see all of these bad reviews and know they’re actually true. I toured here and plan to sign a lease in the next few months. I really liked the property; the apartments seemed very spacious and reasonable priced (especially compared to the rest of the market), but it is so hard to complete simple steps in the process and get ahold of someone in the office that can help. Been living here for 5 months now, I have had no complaints so far. Staff has always been helpful every time I have reached out and my maintenance is always done so quick!
I came in for a tour of the property & Ms.Briell & Jayda were both exceptional. Both were very knowledgeable. I had an amazing tour & they made me feel very welcomed. The application process was very smooth & easy thanks to them! I highly recommend moving here!!!!
This place is everything I ever wanted ! Nice and friendly staff . Great amenities and pet friendly as well !
