I sincerely did not want to do this. I desired to let the past stay where it was. But. Here I am, as Property One has put the fees of my leaving my lease as a balance due on my credit. I loved I tot eh apartment above the port corchere in august of 2021. To which coming from Houston, I thought paying a bit more above the market would allow me a better living experience. I lived here for 4 years and I would not recommend it. -They need to stop advertising themselves as a luxury apartment complex. They are nothing close to that. There is trash and empty liquor bottles in the parking garage. The complex gate does not work half the time. There has been multiple break in of cars parked in the garage. -Your mail is not safe here.
