This apartment complex is truly incredible. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My apartment is awesome and I have give credit to the whole District team. They are professional, accommodating and efficient.
Unprofessional management. I called to get a Current Landlord Reference/Rental History Verification. Not only did they say "we don't do those" they said even if we did and they were a terrible tenant we would tell you they were great just to get them out.
I have lived here for 6 months, and overall, my experience has been positive and pleasant. I love my top floor apartment with the high ceilings. Maintenance requests have been handled quickly and efficiently. Office staff have always been polite, and except for the occasional sounds of children laughing and playing, it's usually pretty quiet. My only minor complaint is the water pressure is not the best (and when's that pool going to be finished?), but I've learned to live with that.
Building is nice but the management runs the place like a mafia and price gouges! They refuse to negotiate any prices and raise or lower prices daily as if they are part of the stock market, which is the biggest scam I've ever heard of for housing. Not worth the money and the amenities are either not working or always under maintenance. Also I'm a current resident and have had 3 different units at this property and they stole my deposit after moving every time when I left the unit very tidy. Had a tour planned for this place but lady on the phone who called to confirm my times was rude AND the time she had called to confirm about wasn’t even the time I had scheduled. She ended the phone call confirming the time I had told her I scheduled but for a DIFFERENT day. And I couldn’t even say anything because she hung up the phone. Immediately after I tried calling four times and suddenly nobody as around to pick up the phone. Terrible management so glad I dodged a bullet.
