The District is a beautiful, safe community with gated entry, security, and clean grounds. Units have walk-in closets, washer/dryers, and smart layouts. Amenities are a highlight—two gyms, two pools, BBQs, and mixers that make it feel welcoming. Noise, however, is an issue. This apartment complex is truly incredible. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My apartment is awesome and I have give credit to the whole District team. They are professional, accommodating and efficient.
