I had a great experience during my visit. Karla was extremely friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the entire tour. She showed me the apartment in detail and patiently answered all of my questions. Her excellent customer service made the visit very pleasant and left me with a great impression of the property. I feel like the overall star rating for this apartment complex doesn't reflect my general experience living here, so I thought I'd chime in as a content resident to give some positive feedback. We cannot say enough good things about Karla! She helped my partner and I secure our new apartment, and we are so grateful for her.
