Living here is a nightmare that never ends. The units are extremely poorly maintained, and when things break, which is often, it can take weeks even to get maintenance in the door and longer for them to fix it. I've lived here for 11 months, and I've gone weeks at a time without a working washing machine, oven, microwave, and tub drain. I recently had a tour at The District Apartments. My apartment search has been pretty stressful with a lot of hiccups, but Xander in the leasing office was great. Went over all the details very thoroughly, and answered my many questions. Very kind and helpful!! UPDATE: 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND I've been here for four months, and it has been hell since day 1. I had a great tour with Shannon. She was very welcoming, informative, and was able to answer all of my questions! I liked the look of the apartment and hope to be able to move in very soon!
I did my tour with Xander he was very helpful, making this an easy decision for me. I also needed additional assistance and Shannon was so kind to help me so I could move forward with applying!
Went on a tour with Xander today and everyone there was so welcoming! It really felt like coming home and I can imagine myself and my cats living happily there. It's awesome that they're pet friendly and will let me paint the walls (with some color restrictions). So excited to apply and hopefully move in soon!
