Dealing with Mike was great. He always respected my wishes and never pushed for anything more. I'm pretty sure he knew the house I ended up with was perfect for me from the start but my budget wasn't quite there. Once I decided to up my limit he said "okay, now you need to see THIS house". Since then he's been over a couple times, at my request, to see the improvements I've done and give me an idea on market value. He even has sent comps so I would have a better view even though he knows I'm not looking at selling right now.... read more
