I had a good experience with the haircut. The staff are all really friendly. However, I received blonde highlights. While I didn't notice at the time, the blonde highlights were too thick at the back, and do not blend into the rest of the hair naturally. The highlights have also not been distributed throughout the hair consistently, leaving some areas more streaky, and other areas darker.
