Dr. Bill and his team have been so patient with us. My son is just 8 and we are in process. Dr. Bill's priority to avoid pulling teeth I appreciate so much. We were hesitant and Dr. Bill was patient and went above and beyond to talk to us and make sure we understood what we were looking at. So far so good my son has done well with the expander and based off of their way of doing things I expect the next stage to be just as smooth. They are all super kind, direct and honest, and patient and informed.
If you are looking for a very good orthodontist in Canby, Portland, or Lake Oswego, Dr. Bill Dischinger and his team are amazing! I received orthodontic care here a few years ago and now they are helping my daughter with her teeth. Everyone on the team is knowledgeable, skilled and kind! Their customer care is superb from initial contact to the super comfy and fun waiting area. In fact, their customer service is so good they can start another business in educating other small businesses in how to take care of their clients.
This is a wonderful dentist and team. They are thorough, use the latest technology, willing to hear you out and answer all questions and with a smile. The entire team is warm, friendly, helpful and I am so glad that I found them.This has not always been my experience in the past with other dentists and orthodontists. Going to a specialist who is truly knowledgeable with expertise and a great bed side manner makes all the difference.
My treatment at Dischinger just began a few days ago but I have had nothing but great experiences so far! The free consultation really helped put my mind at ease, everyone was super friendly and thorough throughout the whole process, I left feeling informed and excited! We are new to seeing Dr.Bill and his team. Our daughter is 4.5 yrs old, but the speech therapist was concerned about her airway. Dr. Bill addressed our concerns and how to best handle the situation. We are starting treatment now with a plan for the future. The staff are wonderful. I had to make an extra trip out due to an error on their part and they gave me a fuel card for the hassel. I was blown away! They really go above and beyond.
