My wife was looking to transfer her Invisalign treatment to another orthodontist. After a half hour consultation with their patient coordinator, Dr. Dischinger came in and said he would not take in a transfer because he is friends with other orthodontists in the area and “would not want to step on their toes”. After the merger, the experience at this orthodontic office has changed significantly, and unfortunately, not for the better. The new office feels chaotic and extremely overstimulating. Patient chairs are placed so close together that there is virtually no privacy when discussing treatment plans, which feels inappropriate for a medical setting. Such an amazing experience!!! Amanda was amazing and so patient with my 7 month old! And the doctor was so informative and helpful as well. Amazing environment!!
It is wonderful. I love taking my grandkids to their appointments! There is free coffee and I get to sit in massage chars and play Pac-Man!!
