When I first found Dr. Al I couldn't workout or do anything super physical becuase of how bad my back hurt. After almost 3 months of following his exercises and adjustments I'm feeling so much better. Both the decompression and Shockwave therapy helped a lot as well. Highly recommend if you want a personalized chiropractic treatment that works for your body.

I started to come because I couldn’t walk on my right leg while pregnant. Dr. Al helped my hips after a month of constant visits. while this was going on, I had weekly migraines and those visits helped me with that as well. I can't say enough good things about the Disc. Initially came in suffering from fairly intense lower back pain from a years old snowboarding injury. After 10 weeks of weekly treatment it's 90% relieved (as good as it gonna get I think). Will be coming back once a month for maintenance treatments. Willena and Dr Al are wonderful people and have been great to work with, also super accommodating to last minute changes and working with my schedule. Highly recommended if you're looking for back pain relief.
