I rarely leave reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience at The Diplomat Spa because it was one of the worst spa visits I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, the customer service at the front desk was unprofessional and unhelpful. No one mentioned that the spa was under construction, and during my 80-minute massage I heard nothing but constant, loud drilling that completely ruined the atmosphere. It’s a very relaxing and tranquil environment. I love to get a massage and spend time unwinding here. Highly recommended.
Fantastic! Took my young adult with me for a special treat today. Norma Lopez and Mariana were our my massage therapists; they were skilled, attentive, and wonderful. The overall ambiance was delightful and soothing, and the staff who welcomed us were kind and supportive. Thank you, Norma L, Mariana, and Diplomat Spa team, for a wonderful experience today.
Had the best massage with Norma Lopez. I’ve gotten massages before and Norma’s was the best, she really knew what she was doing and it was soo relaxing. The whole environment in the spa is very therapeutic, relaxing and clean. The sauna and steam room were amazing and the lounge area was so comfortable. Will definitely recommend for people to come here and request Norma Lopez
