My husband booked a signature massage as a Mother’s Day gift for me and I had the pleasure of my getting Susel as my masseuse. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience at The Diplomat Spa because it was one of the worst spa visits I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, the customer service at the front desk was unprofessional and unhelpful. No one mentioned that the spa was under construction, and during my 80-minute massage I heard nothing but constant, loud drilling that completely ruined the atmosphere. Fantastic! Took my young adult with me for a special treat today. Norma Lopez and Mariana were our my massage therapists; they were skilled, attentive, and wonderful.
