We had a wonderful dinner at Edson Hill. The atmosphere was peaceful and elegant, with a beautiful view overlooking the water that made the evening even more special. We started with the focaccia and crispy tuna, followed by the scallops and duck for our entrées. Everything was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. Outstanding food, excellent service, beautiful setting. Don't skip the small bar on the bottom level for a cocktail before dinner.
Fantastic place from top to bottom. A bit pricey but worth every penny. Never dissapoints. One of our favorites.
Simply gorgeous location. Dined on the patio overlooking the pond and fields with horses grazing. Very picturesque. Staff were very friendly and attentive. And the meal was top notch. This was the only place we ate during our vacation that was worth paying Stowe prices...
Edison offers upscale American cuisine, with excellent service, and amazing views of the surrounding mountains! We sat outside on the patio and could not have been happier with the table. The New York strip, diver scallops, and duck breast were masterfully prepared and thoroughly enjoyed by our group!
