Lake Region Dime Bank has the most outstanding customer service. Every employee greets with a smile and willing to help with banking issues. Gabby, for example seamlessly transferred my compromised account to a new one while I waited. And, I walked out with a newly printed bank card and xtra checks. In addition, Julie called a questioned an outstanding check from that account and kindly had it paid from my new. Human touch is what is extraordinary here. Loyal Customer

Had them for 6 years never exceptionally helpful. Tons of fees minimal atm network and low interest rates. People that work here are alright overall been a lackluster experience.
