The first time I went to this shop many months ago, there was no one there and they didn't answer the phone. Well, I learned that the shop had been sold. So I took my diesel RV for an oil change and check-up with the new owners. Very nice indeed. They did what I asked, checked to make sure all was working well, and charged me reasonably. I like these new owners. I'll be back.
Poor customer service had talked to Adam on the phone for a friend trying to see the results of a diagnostics test 3 weeks we waited for a response. I'm making sure this business doesn't get my business again for me or any of my friends. Mechanics aren't even certified seems to be a big scam nothing was even done but they sure got the money out of us
Fails to return calls.
WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! Brought my son's 2007 F350 6.0 there on 3/11/24 brought them a check for $3667.50 on 3/13/24 at closing that they cashed first thing 3/14 verified thru my bank. It was supposed to be a 3 wk job. 1 wk no updates, 2nd wk no updates, 3 wk no updates not returning our calls, 4th wk no updates not returning our calls had to personally drive to the shop to get answers.
