I have never received such a thorough diagnostics report on my Traverse, even from dealerships!! They charged a reasonable amount to replace transmission fluid and additive! Very nice at front desk with Justin. Thank you will be back
Bought a 96 f450 tow truck in November didn't make it home transmission went out got that fixed and drove it from Winchester and next morning it died pulling out of driveway and wouldn't restart it sat for almost 2 months had several people look at it no one could figure out what was wrong with it everyone said CPU but a $1000 is not a easy gamble and it not be problem. I wanted to give a major shout out to The Diesel Lab !!! This is the first time I can remember being at a shop that I genuinely left feeling like I didn't want to throat punch somebody 😂. Not only that BUT I was truly satisfied that 2 weeks ago they LISTENED when I explained what was wrong and any information I had to offer regarding work done recently elsewhere that may help diagnose the issue. These guys took in my car for what I thought was wrong. Was ready to spend 3K to 4K to fix it. Ended up being less than half of that and they found the real problem. They went above and beyond fixing it. Stayed late just to make sure I had my car back by when they said. Can't believe there is actually an honest hard working mechanic out there. Highly recommend the Diesel Lab.
