I can’t say enough good things about The Diesel Doctor in Lakeshore. Chris truly goes above and beyond for his customers. Several years ago I purchased a used 2012 Nissan pickup truck. I knew that recently I was going to need suspension work, (leaf springs, shocks, struts etc. ). Dropped it off at Diesel Doctor and received a call from Chris stating that the parts were arriving on Friday. By Wednesday my truck was ready to go. I can't believe how well it drives and handles. The price was very reasonable to say the least after everything he had to replace. Thank you Chris.
Cleared out the sensor for my turbo, did good work
Although I have had work done in the past and was pleased with the price and service, unfortunately that is not the case with my recent experience. Wanted to have the truck looked at due to some vibration at 40 mph. Was informed the truck needed a whole new front end. Was advised it would run $5000. Due to my past experiences and trusting this auto shop I advised to do the work. However I never had a written estimate. When I picked up the truck I was informed the total was $7614.28.
