It’s a great place to get service and reception to Doctors are offer 100% Care.
Every member of staff both medical and non- medical I have had to deal with here is excellent. Things have been arranged for me and I have always had clear explanations and suggestions. Askmygp requests seem to be sorted extremely quickly and efficiently. I have only given four stars because although appointments seem to be arranged quite quickly( or almost immediately if urgent) but are not necessarily with the person you saw before, and the car parking is v difficult.
The actual reception and booking an appointment was fine, but considering I booked online. However, I don't think the actual appointment was of any use. I was promised an email (no email), promised follow up (blood test). Its terrible. I registered at this surgery sometime ago, and I've only called twice in five years. I can't say anything positive about any medical advice, treatment or medication.
