My Fiance and I worked with Loren Henry and I could not have been happier with both the process and final product. Replies were always timely, and our custom piece arrived within 6 weeks of our initial request. We also had a lovely experience with them at the Tucson Rock and Gem Show. Everybody we have interacted with from the Diamond Store have been a pleasure to talk to, and they always listened closely to our requests. I would trust them with any future Jewelry needs. I can't recommend them enough!

Heather was fantastic and so helpful throughout this whole process. I have never had to submit a claim to insurance to replace lost jewelry and had no idea how the process worked. Heather walked me through the process and explained it in terms I could easily understand. She communicated with kindness and professionalism and I always felt that I was her top priority. Staff was great but couldn't stay in the store for very long. The store has no working air conditioning and it is not bearable unless you arrive right when they open. I was unable to think in a store that is 90° inside.
