The store is lovely, clean and the staff super helpful. I went in to get a sizing on my wedding rings so they quit rolling around on my finger and Loren discussed options. Many I had never heard of before. So I got little balls soldered into the bands so they stay put. And they wouldn’t let me pay them for this service. Today I picked them up and they are so shiny!! Thank you to all the folks at the Diamond Store.
I had the most lovely experience with Heather and Loren from this store. I came in, needing some custom work done, and they were able to accommodate me beyond my expectations. They created a CAD image, then a beautiful rendition of my design exactly as I had envisioned it. Further, the piece was delivered to me well within the timeframe I needed and was promised. Finally, the price was fair and competitive. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing high quality work, cheerfully and professionally done, at a good price.
This place is amazing and the staff are terrific!!! They were very inviting in helping me get my wife’s diamond tennis bracelet repaired as well as helping me staying in budget to pointing out an anniversary gift for my beautiful wonderful wife!! Thank you!!!
The staff is really nice and the store is beautiful inside but I advise not taking your ring in for repair. I had my diamond ring prongs repaired and noticed months later that one of the prongs broke off. I took it back to the store to see if it could be fixed. They sent it back to whomever does the repair and said no charge because I already paid for the repair the first time. I was grateful at the time. They had my ring for about a month because it needed to be sent back because one of my small diamonds was missing from th... read more
I had such a great experience here! From the first day when we stepped foot into the store, with no prior experience/knowledge about the process, until the ring is picked up, Loren ensured that we were taken care of and patiently listened to all of our requests. The ring came out perfect, and at a very fair price. I recommend this place to anybody who’s on the hunt for a great jewelry shop. Bonus: you’ll get to shop at the Trader Joe’s next door
