I received my ring a few days ago and cannot stop staring at it as it catches my eye with it's sparkle. Nicola made every effort to ensure I was satisfied and got the perfect ring of my dreams. I received amazing customer service from the team at The Diamond Shop despite living in the South Island, and not being able to visit the storeroom. I emailed the store with a vague request of what I was wanting, and within 24 hours Sophie was able to provide me with a few options, and after a quick phone call it was on the courier & with me the next day. Amazing, thank you!
Nicola and the team were super knowledgable and helpful taking my requests and turning them into a reality. What could be an anxious time was made to be enjoyable and exciting.
