Although she made a very nice ring, when we contacted her(multiple times) to let her know the prongs were coming loose and they needed to be fixed we were ignored and never heard back from her. We tried calling and texting for months and never responded. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and customer service after the money has already been paid. We ended up having to go to a different jewler just to get the ring fixed.

You won't find anyone who is more knowledgeable or who cares more than Lucie. She'll provide you with a beautiful product at a reasonable price. I'd pick her over any jeweler in town...hands down!

If I could give Lucie more stars, I would. After countless searches on the internet and store shopping for my fiancé, I decided to search for a person who knew more about diamonds than myself. I called Lucie and asked for a moment of her time in regards to a diamond I found online. She was very honest and never tried to pull me into her store, but rather gave me her professional opinion.
