Everyone who works there always takes time to make people feel welcome and have the most reasonable prices for jewelry repairs. When shopping at this mall if you don't shop there for your jewelry needs you're missing out.
Excellent service; the owner is delightful to work with! We got a diamond replaced/ Rhodium playing at about 1/2 price of the first store we tried.
Walked in, without question the most welcoming introduction. I knew what I wanted, there was no attempt to upsell, made it super quick and easy. Will absolutely be back.
