The employees are very nice, but the service is TERRIBLE. My fiancée and me picked out our wedding rings in January 2026, he proposed to me in early February 2026, by end of June 2026, my band was so warped and started to crack(its sterling silver, i understand it isnt the best metal, but definitely should've lasted over 6 months) . We went back to see if they could repair the ring and they told us, "buy as is", no warranty, and to buy another ring. Everyone who works there always takes time to make people feel welcome and have the most reasonable prices for jewelry repairs. When shopping at this mall if you don't shop there for your jewelry needs you're missing out.
Excellent service; the owner is delightful to work with! We got a diamond replaced/ Rhodium playing at about 1/2 price of the first store we tried.
Walked in, without question the most welcoming introduction. I knew what I wanted, there was no attempt to upsell, made it super quick and easy. Will absolutely be back.
Bought a beautiful ring! Still have the ring, not the husband.
