I was contacted by the office to come in for a regular annual cleaning. I went in and got the cleaning done, expecting they bill the dental office so the expense can be covered. Instead of a regular cleaning code, they billed insurance company with a different code, which was rejected of course. This office denied this was a regular cleaning procedure and claim a different procedure was done. They didn't communicate with me that a different procedure would be done during the procedure. My first time at Diablo Dental Group was absolutely wonderful. I had to bring my 10 month old baby and everyone in the office was so accommodating! The elevator was out and Jodie was so helpful with assisting me with my stroller! Dr. Aziz was so kind and professional. I had an Invisalign consult and she referred me to an orthodontist due to the severity of my bite. I greatly appreciated her expertise. Everyone went above and beyond to make my appointment a breeze.
