Medtronic isn't what it used to be. Have a 780g insulin pump and guardian 4 transmitter. This is the 4th time its lost 3/4 sensors back to back. Like within 3 hours. Ive spent days trying to reach customer service trying to troubleshoot. Their response delete and repair. Something i figured out from lack of response on their behalf. Ive had Medtronic for the last 14 years and this is the last pump I plan on having from them or through them. Hours of waiting just to troubleshoot something my life depends on. The only reason I put one star is that you can’t put negative stars. This is the most unbelievably poorly run business that I’ve ever dealt with. They’re smart mouth disrespectful agents think that they rule the world. They intentionally go out of their way to make everything as difficult as possible, but that’s OK. Medicare is after them now I doubt they’ll be in business this time next year.
This company repeatedly sent bills for equipment never received. Attempts to resolve issue were futile because company was unable to provide records or have a supervisor contact us to discuss issue. Ended up having to file a fraud report with Medicare. terrible company to do business with.
