The company food truck came to my university in iowa city and it was amazing. The butter chicken was full of flavor and the naan was soft and perfect. I hope i get to support them again
I am an Indian food aficionado. I lived for years in California (home of lots of Indians and good Indian food) - Dhaba Express is as good as anywhere I have eaten, and much better than almost any. The food is truly great, and the owner/chef is as nice as anyone you could meet. I hope its closure is only temporary. Since I moved to Iowa, I had given up hope of having great Indian food ever again. Dhaba Express removed that worry - but now, alas, they are at least temporarily closed.
The food here is always wonderful and service is top notch! If you live in the Iowa city area it is worth the quick trip !!
Hands down best Indian food you can find in Iowa! Don’t do non-veg but their veg options are more than enough to leave you satisfied! Come support this local business
