Dr. Dewitt is a caring and dedicated doctor. His staff is well trained and very professional. They go out of their way to serve their patients. I highly recommend this clinic.

They automatically put you on Hold. When they return to the line, they hang up on you. The people answering the phone and doing the scheduling are rude and totally unprofessional. Nice doctor, lousy staff that are undisciplined. I'm looking for a new practice, since this is the same experience, third time in a row. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt, however each time yields the same results. I tried to be understanding, but three plus times in a row is a pattern. My mom absolutely loves Terrie Ramirez and Dr. Dewitt. She’s been coming to this practice for many years. They’re caring, take the time and listen to their patients concerns.

For some reason they never return the calls it takes them days and sometimes over a week to return a phone call for refills. Just recently, my mother who has been with them for years had issues with her insurance card, spoke to the front desk staff named Jeanie mentioning that my mothers insurance agent left a message in their voicemail box with my mothers new insurance benefit plan.
