The PA’s are good but the staff in the front are very rude! I mean it’s no professionalism at all. They talk to you like they are annoyed that you called.Wish I could avoid them at all cost.
Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of patients’ time. At my last visit, I waited over an hour past my appointment time just for basic blood work that took less than 10 minutes once I was finally called back. Today was even worse. I showed up on time for my scheduled appointment and was told the doctor would not be available for another hour. This is not a delay. This is poor scheduling and a complete disregard for patients.
