This company is the worst! I ordered a product that arrived broken! I had to file a claim with ups because of no reply from the company. Ups picked up the broken machine and shipped it back.. the company is trying to pass the blame on me as if I miss packaged the product upon sending it back.. how? It arrived broken. So they initially miss packaged the product. And now are stealing one thousand dollars from my refund acting like they are doing me a favor. And i read their return policy. it's a joke. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Ripped off by $1,000. This is the worst company and customer service my husband and I have ever experienced. We were excited to get this product but on day 1, it was loud and broken. We received a response from the company 7 days later and decided to place a claim with UPS because of lack of response and it was damaged upon arrival. Extremely happy with my experience with The Dew Water Corporation. I rarely write reviews but the fantastic support their staff gave me, especially Jessica from the sales team and Charles from tech support, made me want to thank them by writing this review. I love my Dewstand DSA-1F model which Jessica recommended taking into consideration my needs and the humidity levels where I live. I am speechless on how amazing this product is!! Just the idea of water being produced from air is spectacular. I can tell you that instead of spending 1000’s of dollars on bottled water being delivered to your door, Having it being produced in your home is so much easier and nicer option that not only helps our planet, but it helps our body because of how healthy and clean this water is! I 100% recommended buying one of their many models of DewStands that fit your budget and your needs! Thank you :)
