Executive Director is inaccessible and unresponsive to most concerns by independent living residents. Finance department has double-charged residents suffering from dementia who are, unfortunately, registered for automatic withdrawals. Very capable head chef resigned when a new “chef” was brought into the team for no apparent reason. This is a resident friendly community. Many fellow residents are pleasant and caring, as is the nursing staff/physical therapy staff
