Management is one of the worst I have ever encountered in the bay area. We were impacted by COVID and in these tough times, all the other communities were waiving off the early termination fees or at least lowering it but RADIUS does not account for anything like that. That shows that there is no human decency in the management. In addition to that, elevators are usually non-functional and can take more than 2 months for a fix. Would never recommend it to anyone.
RecommendedVesta has nice apartments, excellent staff, provides good service. Vesta has tennis court, basketball court, swimming pool and multiple kids parks as well.

I have been living here since 2014, as mentioned before: “the property has increasingly deteriorated year after year. Now we're having problems with break-ins inside the gated garage. No increased security, it's dirty and yet the rents go up!” A lot of packages simply disappear because they are stolen, or they are ripped and we just find the box in the stairs, we haven’t seen any effort to improve. After 6 years, I am moving. We are paying more than ever, but we are getting less than ever.

The worst apartments EVER!!!
Do your research before you move in. Bird’s poop everywhere, rats, garbage pilled up, green mold on the cement where you walk by and can easily fall, hallway carpet's needs deep clean, big change from previous management.
I would not recommend this place. If you apply for this apartment they will ask for a deposit of $300 plus a $50 credit check. Now, that’s a common expectation, right? Yes it is required in most apartments that you apply for. What they do not tell you is that they expect you to pay that on a debit/credit card, but they will not be providing a refund back to your debit/credit card.
