Hello I rented here and didn't last 3 months. The front desk guard Harvey is the most gossip man I ever seen. He knows everybody business. The staff turnover is a revolving door thanks to him bad mouthing all the new employees. It's another 1401 for sure. He even bad mouth the sweet manager and the tenants who don't tip him.....Just Sad
At one time this was very distinguished address. In passed years the new Management of condo owners have never placed a cap on the number of units that can become rentals. Hence, the Devon is becoming another 1401 pennsylvania avenue building. Large apartments are being rented out to tenents who then rent rooms within the units to other un-related individuals.
