I had the exact same experience as the first review about 3yrs ago. Literally, everything she said happened to me. Only, I canceled the check I had given her. She is a fraud. I wouldn't even be on here looking at her company, except she just text me saying "hope you had a great day". I Googled the number because I didn't know who it was. Not sure if she's trying to gain customers by sending random text messages or what. Instead, she got a bad review because she's a terrible business woman and even worse at cleaning.

During the initial consult we walked through my house and reviewed what would be done and agreed to the price. We confirmed a time via text message and on the day of the appointment 45 minutes passed the agreed time I contacted the owner since no one showed up. She had me on the schedule for a later time but did the right thing and turned around to come to my house immediately (I was on a time crunch to pick up family from the airport).
