I purchased a Scangrip Multimatch 3 almost two years ago, and when it recently developed a fault, The Detail Store were fantastic in arranging a warranty replacement. The customer service received was aboslutely incredibly. I received a response within 24 hours. My query was promptly addressed and a solution was quickly presented. Thank you so much Mia for your assistance. It has been an extremely refreshing experience. It is rare to encounter outstanding customer service as it is usually a generic templated response or waiting up to 5 business days to follow up an initial enquiry! I was grateful this was not my experience and took the opportunity to share.
I’ve ordered quite a few products online from The Detail Store, and I’m really impressed. They have a great range of products that are hard to find in car stores, which makes it super convenient. I recently used the seat coating I purchased on my new car, and I’m extremely happy with the results. It looks amazing and I’m very satisfied. One of the items I ordered was out of stock at the time, but they sent it out straight away as soon as it was back in, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend The Detail Store!
I recently made a order and I received it fairly quickly. Unfortunatly when I received the box even it is neatly packed one of the spray bottle was damage. When I informed this to the Detail store they reply me back in no time and sent me a gift card voucher for the damaged item. I did not expected this but it was very kind and professionally resolved the issue. So I would like to recommend this The Detail store to every one.👍
If I could give The Detail Store zero stars, I would. I purchased an Apex Grasshopper polisher from The Detail Store to polish the small, hard-to-reach areas on cars and motorcycles. The machine has had only 3–4 hours of total use and still looks like it has just come out of the box. Shortly after the 12-month warranty expired, the plastic on/off switch snapped off.
