I've been ordering from The Detail Store regularly as I build my mobile detailing business, and they’ve consistently impressed me. Every product I've purchased has been high quality, well-packaged, and exactly as described. They clearly stock only trusted and proven brands.
Ordered online as they advertise free shipping. Added a heap of items, finally got to the cart and it said "congratulations, you get free shipping" then proceeded further and was charged for shipping. I was just able to cancel in time. What a way to con your customers. Id rather deal with someone more honest.

The Detail Store is always prompt in fulfilling our orders. Although there is no phone line for customer service, Jo, Sean, and the team on the customer support email are quick to reply and help with any possible concern. They were able to accomodate my arrival extremely close to their closing time with extremely short notice on my end. They were also able to add extra items to my order less than 30 minutes before closing without a sweat. Truly great customer service and will continue to be shopping here.
