The Detail Store is always prompt in fulfilling our orders. Although there is no phone line for customer service, Jo, Sean, and the team on the customer support email are quick to reply and help with any possible concern. They were able to accomodate my arrival extremely close to their closing time with extremely short notice on my end. They were also able to add extra items to my order less than 30 minutes before closing without a sweat. Truly great customer service and will continue to be shopping here.

I've had a very positive experience thus far with The Detail Store. I've purchased a number of items from them over the past year, ranging from Microfibre towels, to car washing and polishing products, pressure washer nozzle, to kranzle attachments. The range and prices have been good and I would buy again from them.
