Ordered a hose reel and extra parts which unfortunately did not arrive in the parcel, only the hose reel arrived. Company said it had all been delivered, subsequently acknowledged it had not been delivered however have now not resolved missing parts nor offered refund. Be careful ordering from this company as customer service is non existent and I am out of pocket approximately $180.

Sean was fantastic. Introduce me to Rinseless wash, because of no access to a hose at home. The results turn out really good, car's is clean and shiny with no scratches! Highly recommend these guys!
