The Detail Store is always prompt in fulfilling our orders. Although there is no phone line for customer service, Jo, Sean, and the team on the customer support email are quick to reply and help with any possible concern. They were able to accomodate my arrival extremely close to their closing time with extremely short notice on my end. They were also able to add extra items to my order less than 30 minutes before closing without a sweat. Truly great customer service and will continue to be shopping here.

Ordered a hose reel and extra parts which unfortunately did not arrive in the parcel, only the hose reel arrived. Company said it had all been delivered, subsequently acknowledged it had not been delivered however have now not resolved missing parts nor offered refund. Be careful ordering from this company as customer service is non existent and I am out of pocket approximately $180.
