The customer service received was aboslutely incredibly. I received a response within 24 hours. My query was promptly addressed and a solution was quickly presented. Thank you so much Mia for your assistance. It has been an extremely refreshing experience. It is rare to encounter outstanding customer service as it is usually a generic templated response or waiting up to 5 business days to follow up an initial enquiry! I was grateful this was not my experience and took the opportunity to share.
I’ve ordered quite a few products online from The Detail Store, and I’m really impressed. They have a great range of products that are hard to find in car stores, which makes it super convenient. I recently used the seat coating I purchased on my new car, and I’m extremely happy with the results. It looks amazing and I’m very satisfied. One of the items I ordered was out of stock at the time, but they sent it out straight away as soon as it was back in, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend The Detail Store!

One of the best Detail Stores around. Always excellent service despite no store front. Always get my Brake Buster fix from these lads and honestly this stuff is the best tire cleaner I’ve tried. Epic stuff.
I’ll be honest, until I searched for a specific product that is not available anywhere else in Australia (a Liquid Elements polisher) I didn’t know about the Detail Store. Now I’ve found them, is encourage you to take a look. If you’re into your detailing research and have been down the YouTube rabbit hole, you’ll find a lot of amazing products here. Reasonable price, reliable shipping. Recommended
